1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Income Goal Calculator website and all materials contained therein, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and other content, are the property of Premier Apartment Services, LLC dba AcquisitionPRO™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. License to Use

The materials on this website are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may:

• Access and use the Income Goal Calculator for legitimate commercial real estate planning purposes
• Print or download portions of the content for personal reference
• Create an account to access premium features and save your calculations

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from any materials without written consent
• Use automated systems to access, scrape, or harvest data from our service

4. Service Availability and Warranties

The Income Goal Calculator service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Free Service

Our basic calculator is available free of charge with no registration required. Free access includes goal calculations but excludes activity tracking and premium features.

5.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available through paid subscription plans. All purchases are for personal use only. Sharing of purchased content or access credentials is not permitted and will be considered unauthorized use.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

5.4 Refund Policy

Each specific product, service, or subscription plan will specify its own refund policy. Please review the applicable refund terms before making a purchase. Payment issues may result in automatic disabling of access to premium features.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our service to:

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for business decisions made based on calculations or information from our service
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Premier Apartment Services, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Company

Premier Apartment Services, LLC may cancel your access to the service at any time without notice for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of fees.

9.2 Termination by User

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period for paid subscriptions.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and your account data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the service will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
